This website is run by Mane Men LTD, trading as Mane Men Barbers, 351B Dunstable Rd, Luton LU4 8BY (Manemenbarbershop@gmail.com, 07798 682066). By using it you agree to these terms. Appointments are also covered by our booking policy, and your data by our privacy notice.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we text you to confirm it. Please give a real name and a mobile number you can be reached on. We can cancel bookings that look fake, abusive or automated.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds and include anything we have to charge. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, less any coupon or deposit you've already paid. We may change prices for future bookings.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent to your mobile, so keep your phone secure. You're responsible for bookings made from your account. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
Coupons, referrals and gift vouchers
- Loyalty, welcome and referral coupons are single use, have no cash value and can't be transferred. Referral rewards are only for genuine new customers. We may withdraw rewards that are abused.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used on any service in one visit and can't be exchanged for cash. You can cancel a voucher purchase for a full refund within 14 days, as long as it hasn't been used.
- Deposits and voucher payments are taken by Stripe. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Reviews
Reviews must be your own honest experience. No abuse, personal details or advertising. We check every review before it appears and may decline or remove reviews that break these rules. By posting one, you let us show it on this website.
Our content
The photos, videos, logo and text on this site belong to Mane Men or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer aren't affected.
Changes and law
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute.
