Not sure what to ask for? Clipper grades go from skin to longer. Tap one to see what it means, then tell your barber the numbers.

Short and tight. Shows the shape of your head.

Low fadeStarts just above the ears and neckline. Subtle, office-friendly.
Mid fadeStarts around the temples. The most asked-for balance.
High fadeStarts high on the sides for a bold contrast with the top.
Skin fadeAny fade that goes all the way down to the skin.
Drop fadeCurves down behind the ear towards the nape.
TaperShorter only at the sideburns and neckline. The rest stays fuller.

Tip: say the fade and the grades, like “mid skin fade, #2 on top of the sides, scissors on top”. Or save a photo to your lookbook and show us.

Questions, answered.

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are always welcome. Booking online just guarantees your barber and your time, which is handy on Friday and Saturday evenings when the shop's busy.

How long will I be in the chair?

Shape ups take about 15 minutes, a men's or kids' haircut about 30, hair and beard about 35, and the full service or hair, beard and style about an hour. The time is shown on every card above.

Do you cut kids' hair?

Yes, every age from a baby's first cut upwards. Kids under 12 are £15, and our barbers are patient with nervous little ones.

How do home haircuts work?

We come to you, which is ideal if getting to the shop is tricky. It starts from £40 and takes about an hour. Book it online or call 07798 682066 and we'll confirm the details and final price.

Can I show my barber the style I want?

Please do. When you book online you can add an inspiration photo, and it goes straight to your barber. You can also just bring a screenshot on the day.

I'm running late. What should I do?

Give us a ring on 07798 682066. We'll hold your seat where we can, or move you to the next free slot.

When do I pay?

In the shop, after your cut, by card or cash. When you book online you just tell us which, and nothing is taken in advance.

When are you open?

Seven days a week: Monday to Thursday 11am to 8:30pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 9:30pm, Sunday 10am to 6pm. Find us here.
