Booking policy.
Short and fair. Booking online saves you a chair with the barber you choose. Walk-ins are always welcome, but bookings come first.
Cancelling or changing
- You can cancel online from your account up to 2 hours before your appointment. The slot goes back on sale and your barber is told straight away.
- Closer than 2 hours? Call or text us on 07798 682066 as soon as you can.
Changing your time
Signed in? You can move your booking to another free time from your account, up to 2 hours before it starts. Your barber is told straight away.
Deposits
At busy times we may ask for a small deposit when you book online. It's taken off your bill in the shop. If you cancel more than 2 hours before, it's refunded. If you don't turn up, we keep it.
Waitlist
If a day is full, you can join the waitlist. If a chair opens we'll text you, and the first person to book it gets it.
Running late
Give us a ring. We'll hold your chair where we can, but if you're more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten your service or move you to the next free slot, so the next customer isn't kept waiting.
No-shows
If you miss an appointment without telling us, it's marked as a no-show and doesn't count towards loyalty stamps. After repeated no-shows we may ask for payment up front for future bookings.
Paying
You pay in the shop after your cut, by card or cash. The price shown when you book is the price you pay, less any loyalty coupon you chose to use.
"Anyone available" bookings
Your request goes to every barber free at that time, and the first to accept takes it. We'll text you their name. If nobody can take it, we'll get in touch to find another time.
Home visits
Home haircuts are for Luton addresses. We'll contact you to confirm the address and arrival time before the day. Please make sure there's a chair and somewhere with good light.
Kids
Under-12s need an adult with them for the whole appointment.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers can be used on any service and are valid for 12 months from purchase. They're used in one visit, can't be exchanged for cash, and any amount left over after one visit isn't refunded.
Loyalty coupons
Coupons (loyalty, welcome and referral) are earned with a Mane Men account, can be used once, and have no cash value. The shop can change or end the scheme, but coupons you've already earned will still be honoured.
